The presence of a professional Toastmaster has become part of the traditional wedding scene. A Toastmaster adds style and quality to any event, and with the familiar red coat, will add colour to the day. A Toastmasters expertise ensures that every Wedding however formal or informal runs smoothly and fulfils the highest expectations of the Bride, Bridegroom and their families.

Known as “The Wedding Toastmaster” my friendly approach will make all the difference to your Big Day. I will ensure that everything runs smoothly relieving the stresses and worries from the Hosts, Bride and Bridegroom, and Best Man, allowing all your Guests to relax and enjoy a memorable occasion

Having previously met with the Bride and Bridegroom to discuss their requirements, my duties as Toastmaster could include some or all of the following:

• Arriving at the venue at least 1 hour before the reception to ensure everything is in place
• Greeting the Bride and Bridegroom on their arrival at the reception
• Greeting the Family and Guests when they arrive at the reception
• Help co-ordinate the photo-call
• Directing and announcing the Receiving Line of the Bridal party
• Saying grace if required
• Announcing the Bride and Bridegroom into the Wedding Breakfast and escorting them to their places
• Announcing the cutting of the cake ceremony
• Announcing the Speeches and assisting with any presentations
• Closing the formal proceedings, and escorting the Bride and Bridegroom from the banqueting room.
