Sax Mad are exactly what they say mad, but it’s a brilliant madness they are a duo with a difference. Featuring Dave Cotham on live sax flute and vocals and Rick Ashcroft on guitar & vocals, the boys are hugely popular in Clubland.
The guys met in St.Helens super group Clear Cut in the late 80’s and they have managed to capture that excitement in duo form through many years of stage experience.

Sax Mad have just Been on Britain’s Got Talent and lived through the buzzers, and got the thumbs up from the judges, and got to the Quarter Finals stages and they really enjoyed the experience. As well as working in clubs, the guys appear in hotels, holidays parks, military function all over the U.K. there is no-one quite like them. They cover such diverse musical giants as Spandau Ballet, Gerry Rafferty, Jackie Wilson, The Blues Brothers, The Commitments, Madness, Rod Stewart, George Michael and many more!
